Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to contact for families, providers, and BCBAs
• Manage provider-parent schedules, cancellations, and service changes
• Log services accurately and on time to support payroll and billing workflows
• Handle provider questions related to admin, billing, or scheduling
• Follow up urgently on insurance issues to avoid delays in care
• Keep families informed, reassured, and supported throughout the care journey
• Anticipate issues before they become problems and resolve them quickly

The Role
