All Pro Restoration (DBA Rinco, Inc.) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep our Denver restoration projects running smoothly. You will coordinate daily operations, dispatch field crews, and serve as the communication hub for field teams, management, and clients.

The role requires strong organization, excellent written and verbal communication, and experience with scheduling/PM tools. A proactive, detail-oriented, team-focused approach is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, administrative, or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or project management tools.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems quickly.
• High attention to detail and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow across departments.
• Schedule and dispatch field crews, subcontractors, and resources for restoration projects.
• Serve as a central point of communication between field teams, management, and clients.
• Track project timelines, job statuses, and documentation using operations management software.
• Assist with work order creation, job file management, and progress reporting.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supply needs to support active job sites.
• Support compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations.
