Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to schedule and dispatch crews for residential and commercial property losses. You will support project managers, supervisors, and branch managers with administrative duties and act as liaison to the corporate office for new forms and procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience in restoration or construction, and strong MS Office, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to coordinate project schedules and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with vendor setup and ensure correct documentation.
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Generate and route Work Orders and Change Orders; coordinate dispatch of crews.
• Maintain daily crews' schedules and assist in establishing efficient schedules.
• Prepare required regulatory paperwork for asbestos projects where applicable.
• Update invoicing and payment tracking; support payroll and accounting.
• Organize meetings and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Serve as liaison to corporate for forms, policies, and procedures.
