Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of relevant administrative or operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Office; AS/400 familiarity is a plus.
• Foundational math and ability to work with weights and values.
• Hazardous Materials Handling certification preferred.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or terminal operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational coordination and load visibility; update systems timely.
• Manage driver docs (IC paperwork, plates, IFTA) and ensure compliance.
• Schedule deliveries, coordinate redirects, and process ACRs accurately.
• Trace freight, investigate issues across terminals and partner networks.
• Maintain administrative infrastructure and support data entry, filing and reporting.
