Job summary

TK Elevator in San Diego, CA is seeking an Operations Coordinator for New Installation/Modernization to coordinate administrative duties across the branch’s modernization and new installation operations.

You will manage scheduling, payroll documentation, reporting in JobSight, and liaise with sales, regional offices, and customers to ensure timely processing and accurate records. Prior elevator industry admin experience preferred; strong organization and communication required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous elevator repair administrative work preferred.
• Systems/database knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all administrative duties for Modernization and New Installation operations.
• Input final acceptance forms into JobSight and notify regional billing.
• Prepare payroll documentation for Superintendent approval.
• Manage scheduling of inspections and closeout documentation.
• Review and process booking packages for terms and conditions.
