Tower Mobility is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Los Angeles to support daily operations, coordinating teams and maintaining effective communication to ensure safety and high-quality customer service.

You will assist management, mentor WAV Monitors, and help train new drivers to uphold operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving with continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to learn new applications, software, and dashboards quickly.
• Active driver’s license and company insurance approval.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in leading daily operations and ensure efficient communication and task execution.
• Lead WAV Monitors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and real-time problem solving.
• Assist with new employee training to onboard WAV Monitors and drivers for operational excellence.
• Promote customer service and safety protocols; maintain vehicle maintenance reporting.
