Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking Operations Coordinators to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to NIH-related teams. These full-time, on-site roles are based on the NIH campus in Bethesda, MD or Baltimore, MD.

You will ensure efficient program operations, workflows, and coordination activities aligned with NIH objectives. Qualified candidates will have aBachelor’s degree, at least five years of operations experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain a federal/public

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum five years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with project management tools or task-tracking systems.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional or remote teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD public trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to project teams and leadership.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Track tasks, deliverables, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, staffing coordination, and logistics.
• Serve as point of contact across functional teams.
• Assist with process improvement to drive efficiency.
