You will coordinate patient-facing activities, assist with scheduling, referrals, and documentation, and serve as a liaison among patients, clinical staff, and administrative teams.

This role emphasizes privacy, accuracy, and strong patient-centered communication, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth care journey.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience coordinating patient care, scheduling, referrals, or related admin duties.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy practices in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.

Responsibilities
