Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in El Paso is seeking an Operations Coordinator to handle branch administrative processes, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability. You will support the branch financial manager with guidance and information, manage accounts receivable, fleet licensing and billing, and use Qlikview or AS400 to drive process improvements.

Excellent communication with internal and external customers is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in customer service financial administrative role.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing; improve processes to support profitability.
• Coordinate fleet licensing, permitting, in/out service vehicles, and vendor support.
• Perform process analyses using Qlikview or AS400 to drive improvements and problem solving.
