GlideWay LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help keep daily transportation operations running smoothly. You will support riders and drivers, coordinate driver onboarding, assist dispatch, and ensure trip issues are documented and escalated with professionalism.

You will work cross-functionally with safety, engineering, and support teams to monitor service quality, prepare operational reports, and maintain accurate records for timely decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound judgments in time-sensitive situations.
• Comfort using web-based tools and spreadsheets.

• Support daily transportation operations and monitor service quality.
