Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support discharge planning, patient progression, and transition-of-care initiatives. Department Name: Case Management
Job Status: Full time, 40 hours per week.
Shift: Day, 8am to 4:30pm, No weekend or holiday requirements. In person role.
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $26.47 to $39.71
