The Children's Hospital Colorado seeks a Manager of Clinical Application Services to lead a team of clinical application analysts. You will oversee day-to-day operations, partner with leadership, and drive the design, implementation, and support of clinical information systems across the organization.

The Manager Clinical Application Services is responsible for leading a team of clinical application analysts responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of clinical applications. Works with leadership and the team to evaluate, plan, design, develop, implement, maintain, support and train the clinical information systems used at The Children's Hospital (TCH). Serves as a leader and liaison for key leadership groups in the organization.
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable professional with strong operational IT knowledge and the ability to effectively partner with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate combines leadership capability, with a proven ability to navigate changing priorities, build relationships, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, corporate professionalism, and the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams.
Hours per Week: 40, eligible for benefits (Salaried) Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm. Work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. This position will also support an on-call rotation and may require weekend or holiday support for incidents and on-call coverage.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $126,698.59 to $190,047.88
