  • Compile data and prepare reports and presentations; communicate status and progress.
  • Assist in developing short and long term plans and strategies for programs and monitor progress.
  • Assist in designing performance objectives and monitor outcomes.
  • Assist with training development and delivery.
  • Assist with outreach planning according to program needs.

Job Overview

The Operations Coordinator supports and coordinates daily operations of a program or initiative for a department and/or division. The Coordinator assists the leadership team and program managers to develop, implement, and manage programs, projects, and initiatives for the department/division.

Shift: Day, Monday to Friday, Hybrid

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Utilizes, allocates, and manages resources to meet department, project, initiative and/or program needs.
  2. Acts as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Organizes and establishes meetings on regular basis with designated individuals impacted by the program, initiative and/or project to foster positive relationships and gather continuous feedback.
  4. Provides administrative support by planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operational activities of the program, project and/or initiative.
  5. Utilizes a variety of technologies, including databases and spreadsheets, to track and monitor outcomes, financials, data, and other information.
  6. Compiles data and prepares reports and presentations; and participates in the communication of program, initiative, or project status and progress.
  7. Assists in the development of short and long term plans and strategies for programs, monitors progress, assures adherence and evaluates performance.
  8. Assists in the design of performance objectives and implements and monitors programming to meet desired outcomes.
  9. Assists with the development and facilitation of training to address team member needs and identify relevant updates when needed.
  10. Assists with the development of outreach plan(s) according to program needs and capacity.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degrees
    • High School Graduate
  • Experience
    • Required: Two years of experience coordinating and supporting programs.

Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $26.47 to $39.71
