Job summary

Harry and David, LLC is seeking an Operations team member to support the daily operations of the facility by processing orders and meeting all deadlines. You will coordinate with the Telecenter, drivers, and leadership to ensure on-time deliveries and DLC confirmations before 7:00 PM.

This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, basic computer proficiency, and clear, effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders and ensure all required deadlines are met.
• Oversee the Operations area to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to or route requests appropriately.
• Communicate clearly with the Telecenter regarding orders and operational needs.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure deliveries are completed on time.
• Monitor and ensure all required DLC confirmations are completed before 7:00 PM.
• Assist with routing deliveries in the absence of the Manager.
• Complete required daily reports for the Manager.
