Job summary

Harry & David is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily distribution and production activities. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and service while managing labor, materials, and costs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of leadership experience, strong coaching skills, and hands-on operations management with SAP and WMS familiarity. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

3–5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production setting.
Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop teams.
Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP/WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily distribution or production operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and service.
Staff shifts within budget, reviewing workload and needs.
Monitor costs and productivity; drive performance to meet goals.
