Harry & David is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our distribution and production environment. You will lead labor, materials, quality, safety, and cost control to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will provide hands-on leadership to associates, drive productivity, and support continuous improvement while balancing people development with business results. This role requires strong communication and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, production, fulfillment, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership training.
• Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in distribution center or production facility, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and service targets.
• Staff shifts within budget while maintaining coverage.
• Monitor costs and labor to meet performance goals.
• Provide hands-on leadership, direction, coaching, and support to employees.
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment and encourage teamwork.
