This on-site, full-time role reports to the Hiring Manager and supports Wave Planning, personalization operations, and customer commitments. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and 2+ years in warehouse or logistics, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on the warehouse floor, including walking, standing, lifting, and picking.
• This is an onsite and in office role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow to ensure Business Sales and Stock Withdrawal requests move efficiently through Picking, Personalization, QA, Packing, and Shipping.
• Monitor workflow status and proactively resolve issues that may impact customer commitments.
• Evaluate daily workload and production capacity to prioritize requests.
• Monitor departmental capacity and communicate workload risks to leadership to support commitments.
• Ensure all requests remain on schedule by monitoring milestones and following up on delays.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Wave Planning team and other operations.
• Maintain accurate workflow documentation and operational tracking to support workload visibility.
• Support operational execution by assisting with order staging and other activities as needed.
• Investigate and resolve workflow delays, inventory discrepancies, and processing issues.
• Escalate customer-impacting issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality standards and service commitments are maintained.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
