Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager in Olive Branch, MS to lead high‑performing distribution teams and drive daily execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and productivity, aligning labor and workflow to peak demand while partnering cross‑functionally to support business priorities and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of progressive distribution leadership experience.
• This is an onsite role.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume distribution/logistics/fulfillment.
• Ability to lead teams, set direction, drive accountability.
• Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory control.
• Experience managing third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strong teams by setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Own daily execution by aligning labor, staffing, and workflow to volume demands.
• Deliver operational excellence across inbound, outbound, inventory, and dock activity.
• Build a safe, disciplined operation with OSHA compliance and clean, organized facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability to meet shifting business conditions.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and strong execution across teams.
