Job summary

You will handle accounts receivable, leasing and billing coordination, licensing, and process improvement activities while contributing to profitability and efficiency for the local branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or financial administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor lease contracts, maintenance billing and resolve issues to support profitability.
• Coordinate fleet service activities such as licensing and permitting.
• Track outside vendor support and coordinate with fleet services for licensing and citations.
• Perform process analyses using reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain personnel files, payroll processing, and assist in hiring paperwork.
