Job summary

WOW Logistics Company, LLC in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking an Operations Coordinator at the WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center to ensure smooth, efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and support drivers and warehouse staff.

This clerical role runs Monday–Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with a base rate of $20/hour plus performance incentive programs that let you increase earnings.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in distribution or logistics preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use basic office software and invoicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Load coordination: schedule and move loads entering/leaving the DC.
• Customer communication via email/phone/in person.
• Data entry: inventory data, invoices, bills of lading.
• Problem solving: assist in resolving customer issues with quality control.

This clerical position is a key resource to our customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees.The Operations Coordinator carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.
