WOW Logistics Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Worker/Operations Coordinator at our Grand Chute Distribution Center. The role focuses on order fulfillment, load coordination, and safe operation of material handling equipment.

A paid 2-week training program and mentorship support growth into long-term success. The position emphasizes inventory accuracy, RF scanning, and strong communication with drivers and customers.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus; training provided.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm.
• Safety conscious with focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using MHE.
• Load Coordination: Schedule and move loads entering and leaving the distribution center.
• Safety First: Operate MHE safely following safety requirements and policies.
• Data Entry: Enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining quality control.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products with RF scanning.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and staff via email/phone.
