Responsibilities

• Load coordination: oversee scheduling and movement of loads entering and leaving the distribution center.

• Data entry: accurately enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading.
• Problem solving: assist in troubleshooting customer issues while maintaining quality control.

This clerical position is a key resource to our customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees.The Operations Coordinator carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.
