WOW Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator at the WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center to support smooth, efficient operations and customer satisfaction. The role handles inquiries, orders, and complaints, plus phones and clerical duties; work hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with a base pay of $20 per hour and incentive programs.

Responsibilities

• Load coordination: Oversee scheduling and movement of all loads entering and leaving the distribution center.
• Customer communication: Maintain clear communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees.
• Data entry: Enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading.
• Problem solving: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues while maintaining quality control.
