WOW Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Wisconsin Rapids Dry Distribution Center. You will help ensure smooth, efficient operations and customer satisfaction as part of a clerical team handling inquiries, orders, and complaints while supporting drivers and warehouse staff.

Key duties include load coordination, data entry, and ongoing communication with customers and partners. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in customer service, order processing or data entry is helpful.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and movement of all loads entering and leaving the distribution center.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff by email, phone or in person.
• Accurately enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues while maintaining quality control.
