Job summary

The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a Manager, Business Operations for the Joe Crowley Student Union (JCSU) in Reno. This role leads daily business operations, coordinates fiscal, HR, and contract administration, and contributes to policy and fiscal planning across JCSU areas.

It also serves as the Workday financial/HR transactions SME. The position reports to the Director and supports Administration, Audio Visual, Building Operations, Event Management, IT, Programming, and Marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related work experience OR Master’s Degree and one (1) year of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations of the Joe Crowley Student Union (JCSU) Administrative Offices.
• Coordinate daily fiscal, human resource, and contract administration for the JCSU.
• Participate in decision-making, policy development, and fiscal planning across all JCSU areas.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday financial and human resource transactions.
