Prismhr Hire is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cleaning and maintenance team on a property, ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well organized. The OM will supervise staff, manage schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards.

You will monitor equipment, coordinate training, prepare weekly staffing within budget, and report outcomes to management. Strong leadership, OSHA compliance, and hands-on problem solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years supervising a crew of 25+.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive property.
• Develop and deliver departmental training programs.
• Prepare weekly schedules within the budget and scope.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance for all staff.
• Inspect areas daily and correct discrepancies as they arise.
• Provide daily shift reports and client walkthroughs when required.
• Communicate operational challenges to the General Manager.
