Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize multi-site resort and commercial property operations on Oahu. You’ll drive high-performance teams, enforce strict standards, and own scheduling, maintenance, and budgeting.

You’ll oversee shifts across day and graveyard hours, relentlessly chase efficiency, and report daily results. Starting at $70k with potential to exceed $100k based on impact, plus health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing teams of 25+ in operations, facilities, or janitorial environments.
• Track record of high-pressure, high-stakes leadership; you’ve run entire ops, not just shifts.
• Familiarity with cleaning systems, chemicals, SDS, and safety protocols.
• Ability to inspect a site and identify what’s broken, missing, or below standard.
• Willing to work any shift, including graveyards.
• Able to lift 50 lbs., comfortable outdoor work, and frequent driving around Oahu.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to crunch spreadsheets and write clear emails.
• Zero tolerance for excuses, sloppiness, or clock-watchers.

Minimum Battle-Tested Requirements

• 5+ years managing teams of 25+ in operations, facilities, or janitorial environments.
• Track record of high-pressure, high-stakes leadership. You’ve run entire ops, not just shifts.
• Knows cleaning systems, chemicals, SDS, safety protocols like the back of your hand.
• Can inspect a site and instantly see what’s broken, missing, or below standard.
• Willing to work any shift—including graveyards—when necessary.
• Able to lift 50 lbs., handle outdoor work in any condition, and drive around Oahu frequently.
• Microsoft Office skills? Basic. You can crush spreadsheets and write a clear, sharp email.
• Zero tolerance for excuses, sloppiness, or clock-watchers.
