• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams of store associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 12-25 store associates who may have disabilities or barriers to employment.
• Coordinate plan of care with Development Counseling Services.
• Implement behavior management techniques to drive performance, including de-escalation.
• Manage training programs, scheduling, time management and soft skills.
• Oversee store operations: merchandising, inventory, donation processing, POS operations.
