Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 12-25 store associates with diverse needs.
• Coordinate plan of care with Development Counseling Services.
• Implement behavior management to drive performance.
• Manage store associate training, scheduling, and time management.
• Lead retail operations across sales, merchandising, and donation logistics.
• Maintain confidential performance and productivity records.
