Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an Operations Coop / Intern in Tukwila, WA, starting September 2026 for 3–6 months, 40 hours/week.

You’ll work with frontline leaders on the shop floor to drive improvements, monitor KPIs, and learn production systems while supporting safety, quality and scheduling tasks. You will develop hands-on leadership skills, engage in continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with engineers, operators, and quality teams in a high‑performing aerospace

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS Degree in Operations Management, Engineering or Business Management; must have completed freshman year.
• Interest in leading people in a production environment and willingness to participate in kaizen events.
• Strong initiative, ownership, and complaint-driven problem solving on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities ensuring safety, quality and operations standards.
• Drive 6S initiatives and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with production scheduling, documentation control, and cross-functional collaboration.
