Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in customer service or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and proactivity.
• Experience with IT systems; Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Jump program to keep customers informed throughout the project.
• Be the main point of contact for customer questions or problems.
• Keep customers updated with timely progress information on projects.
• Coordinate resolutions by bringing together appropriate GDI personnel.
• Maintain the Production Log.
• Review contracts for accuracy; book within 1 day of signing.
• Handle ATCs and cancellations.
• Perform accounting duties (A/R, A/P, monthly/quarterly/yearly).
• Maintain employee and payroll information.
• Other duties as assigned.
