Job summary

Champion Window is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and coach a division responsible for exterior home improvement installations, measuring, and service delivery. You will drive customer experience, revenue, and cost of goods while ensuring safety and quality standards across crews and subcontractors.

You'll collaborate with operations, sales, and centralized teams, manage field operations, and monitor key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant construction/remodeling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, train others, and organize schedules.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and coach the division team to meet operational goals.
• Track KPIs and reports for AR, WIP, COGs, and service metrics.
• Forecast capacity, schedule work, and maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure 100% installation completion and timely payments.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns and update stakeholders.
