Unified Restorations in the Dallas area is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator to join our administrative team. You will serve as a central hub for daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments and handling essential business tasks.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and provide excellent customer support in our showroom. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and driving a service-oriented mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• In a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or fine arts.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Service-driven mindset and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce, iCat, or Xactimate is a strong plus.
• Background in insurance or restoration services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job accounts and project records in internal systems.
• Support financial processes including accounts payable/receivable.
• Generate and manage estimates and invoices.
• Prepare job folders and documents for onsite logistics.
• Greet customers in the showroom and provide exceptional support.
• Organize inbound and outbound mail and general admin tasks.
• Assist with marketing coordination and communications as needed.
