Job summary

Unified Restorations, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area, seeks a Project Coordinator to streamline daily operations, maintain project records, and assist the logistics and showroom teams. You will collaborate with leadership and handle essential admin tasks to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong communication skills, a background in business or fine arts, and familiarity with restoration or art/textile handling.

• Experience with restoration services or art handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job accounts and project records in internal systems
• Support financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable
• Generate and manage estimates and invoices
• Prepare job folders and documents for the onsite logistics team
• Greet customers entering our showroom and provide exceptional customer support
• Organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide general administrative support across the company
• Assist with marketing coordination and communications as needed

Given our fast rate of growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedProject Coordinatorto join our dynamic administration team.

Key Responsibilities

As the central hub of daily operations, the Project Coordinator ensures seamless communication between departments while handling essential business tasks.

You will work closely with leadership across departments to:

• Create and maintain job accounts and project records in internal systems
• Support financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable
• Generate and manage estimates and invoices

What You Bring

We’re seeking a highly organized and service-oriented individual who is adaptable, resourceful, and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or fine arts
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA service-driven mindset and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce, iCat, or Xactimate is a strong plus
• Ideally a background in restoration services or art/textile/electronics handling

As a Unified Restorations employee you will be expected to:

Compensation

The pay range is $16 to $20 per hour depending on relevant experience
