Job summary

Unified Restorations, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area, seeks a Project Coordinator to streamline daily operations, maintain project records, and assist the logistics and showroom teams. You will collaborate with leadership and handle essential admin tasks to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong communication skills, a background in business or fine arts, and familiarity with restoration or art/textile handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or fine arts.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with restoration services or art handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job accounts and project records in internal systems
• Support financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable
• Generate and manage estimates and invoices
• Prepare job folders and documents for the onsite logistics team
• Greet customers entering our showroom and provide exceptional customer support
• Organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide general administrative support across the company
• Assist with marketing coordination and communications as needed
