Job summary

Republic Services in the United States is seeking an entry-level clerk to support the operations team with clerical and administrative tasks. Under direct supervision, you will help maintain route and inventory records, input daily data, and assist in responding to customer and driver inquiries.

You will also support reporting, billing, and safety initiatives while collaborating with the operations staff to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Office or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Review container supply and demand reports and populate the inventory management report.
• Update and input route information into computer system daily.
• Assist Dispatchers by responding to customer and driver inquiries.
• Maintain and process operations information such as vehicle maintenance, accounting and route sheets.
• Assist in generating monthly productivity reports.
• Follow safety policies and participate in achieving safety goals.
