Job summary

Qualifications

• Are a fast learner and willing to travel periodically for training opportunities.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Have strong mediation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Have working knowledge of computer operating systems, specifically Microsoft Windows.
• Have experience with standard business application software including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with internal and external customers, coordinating activities with Client functional areas, manufacturing, sales, distribution, and field service.
• Accurately and expeditiously handles all customer complaints and inquiries, including status, production, delivery, and billing inquiries.
• Performs all order error/processing and maintenance functions for order-base and proposal-based orders.
• Coordinates with customer regarding product selection, placement of order, delivery schedules, and expediting.
