Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
• Typically has 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or related field
• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) preferred

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the sales team and all product categories.
• Engage with Amazon teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support strategic plans for process improvement and capabilities.
