Job summary

Félix is seeking a Chargeback Strategy & Operations Lead to own and optimize our chargeback function across merchant-acquirer and issuer sides. You will define representment strategies, establish evidence standards, and drive scalable playbooks while partnering with processors, networks, and issuing partners.

You will measure win rates, build dashboards, and identify automation opportunities, leveraging SQL and data insights to reduce losses and improve approvals.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in fraud/risk strategy with hands-on card authorization decisioning experience.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with card networks and dispute mechanisms (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
• Familiarity with remittance or LATAM-focused fraud helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end chargeback strategy for merchant-acquirer and issuer sides.
• Refine representment strategy and evidence packages for success by code and corridor.
• Build and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and escalation paths for scalable operations.
• Identify AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency and coverage.
• Design win-rate measurement by reason code and network; implement dashboards with analytics teams.
• Evaluate tools and platforms and advise build-vs-buy for dispute automation.
