Job summary

HP's US Consumer Sales team is seeking an Amazon Project Manager to work directly with Amazon and internal partners on operational processes and chargebacks. You will monitor penalties, analyze root causes, and drive improvements to protect HP's costs.

The role collaborates with the sales organization across categories (Print, Supplies, PS, Peripherals), uses data analytics to identify trends, and applies project management methods to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in related field.
• Typically 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in business operations or process improvement, or an advanced degree with 2-3 years of experience.
• CSOP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the sales team and across categories (Print, Supplies, PS, Peripherals).
• Engage with Amazon teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support execution of strategic plans for process improvements and capabilities.
• Design architectures of processes and capabilities aligned with long-term vision.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate processes into the organization.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights for improvement.
• Apply project management and quality improvement methodologies.
• Identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
