Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• 9+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading large scale organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the Enterprise Operations Change Management capability within Enterprise Operations Enablement.
• Build and manage a team of change management professionals.
• Define engagement models, governance routines, and performance measures for the function.
• Develop capability roadmaps aligned to Enterprise Operations objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead change management for complex operational, technology, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies that support adoption and readiness.
