Job summary

Retail Region 2 Administration is seeking an Operations Associate to manage all operational elements of a small to mid-sized banking office in Cranston, RI. You will handle cash vault, ATM custody, audits, compliance, and customer service duties across sales and transactional tasks.

You will open deposit accounts, take loan applications, process routine transactions, and assist with safe deposit services while upholding bank policies and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch cash vault within prescribed limits and forecast cash.
• Oversee ATM custodian duties; ensure daily balance and functionality.
• Audit negotiable instruments, cash drawers, and logs for policy compliance.
• Manage operational branch components including cash balancing and BSA forms.
• Review new account documentation to ensure bank policy compliance.
• Open deposits and take loan applications; process servicing and referrals.
• Maintain safe deposit records and assist customers with access to boxes.
