Responsibilities

• Balance and research cash errors; handle BSA forms and security elements.
• Open deposit accounts and take loan applications; refer to other lines.
• Provide customer service for retail branch customers as needed.
• Maintain safe deposit records and assist clients with access.
• Balance policy with judgement; escalate as needed.
