Retail Region 2 Administration seeks an Operations Associate to oversee the operational elements of a small-to-mid sized banking office. You will manage cash vaults, ATMs, and negotiable instruments while ensuring strict compliance and daily audits.

This role blends sales and transactional work, directly servicing branch customers as needed. The position requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn the bank's products and services

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains primary responsibility for all operational elements of a branch office, including cash vault management and ATM supervision.
• Balances and audits cash drawers and negotiable instruments; ensures compliance with bank policies.
• Processes new account opening documentation and performs related quality control tasks.
• Opens deposit accounts and screens loan applications; makes referrals to other bank units.
• Handles routine account maintenance and general customer servicing tasks.
• Maintains safe deposit records and assists customers with access to safe deposit boxes.
