Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the operations team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks, including working with drivers and a kitchen if applicable. The role reports to a Site Leader and requires physical stamina and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with basic web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders; maintain clean, organized facilities.
• Handle food and beverages with safety, sanitation, and FIFO procedures.
• Interact with drivers and assist with substitutions or OOS communications.
