Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform essential duties across picking, packing, receiving, and collaborating with drivers.

The role supports efficient delivery of everyday essentials with a focus on accuracy and safety. Candidates should be comfortable with flexible shifts (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) and able to lift up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Familiar with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and verify inventory.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
