Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join the operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform varying duties including picking, packing, receiving product, and collaborating with drivers. The role requires drive, perseverance, and positive energy for the challenges ahead.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule across peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General knowledge of basic web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product and verify inventory against orders.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Handle and move product safely using carts and equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
