• 0–3 years in operations, account management, supply chain, hospitality, retail management, or customer-facing roles.
• Builder mindset with demonstrable impact from a side project or new process.

• High EQ with clear communication; can explain complex topics to varied audiences.
• Comfort with unglamorous core execution work to build scalable systems.
• Data fluency; you use data to act and are a spreadsheet power user; SQL is a plus.
• Fast learner who picks up new technical skills independently.

Responsibilities

• Support seller onboarding by reviewing submissions and ensuring products meet standards.
• Resolve customer issues (delays, damages, questions) quickly and carefully.
• Monitor orders and flag potential fulfillment issues early.
• Troubleshoot basic seller issues (inventory, listings, platform navigation).
• Support execution of promotions and seller initiatives; maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Follow and improve existing workflows with attention to detail.
