Togetherhood, LLC is seeking a resourceful Business Operations Specialist to join our Operations team in New York. The role focuses on the supply side of our marketplace and involves cross-training across multiple operational areas to support instructors and communities.

You’ll work closely with leadership, contribute to automating workflows, and help develop dashboards to track KPIs. This role favors a detail-oriented, proactive learner with comfort in an early-stage startup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or process-focused roles in tech or marketplace environments.
• Interest in early-stage startups and comfort with a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Community Operations Lead to manage outreach to instructors for Day 1 readiness.
• Support staffing requests and instructor matching with the Business Operations Lead.
• Troubleshoot instructor concerns within the ticketing system and document issues.
