What you’ll do:
Inventory Integrity & Product Flow
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and disciplined stockroom practices, ensuring all product is properly accounted for, organized, and easily accessible.
- Execute shipment processing, tagging, replenishment, and stock movement with urgency and precision, ensuring product flows seamlessly from back-of-house to the sales floor.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and maintain stockroom organization, supporting a smooth and well-functioning store environment.
Omnichannel Fulfillment
- Assist with BOPIS and ship-from-store orders, ensuring timely, accurate picking, packing, and processing.
- Maintain organization and tracking of all incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring a smooth and reliable fulfillment process.
- Support a seamless omnichannel experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to consistency and care across all client touchpoints.
Process Discipline & Operational Excellence
- Follow established operational procedures consistently, maintaining a high standard of organization and efficiency across all tasks.
- Support cash management procedures as needed, including opening and closing processes.
- Collaborate with the Operations Leader and Leadership Team for monthly supply orders and store assessments.
- Communicate successes and opportunities to the Operations Leader to support ongoing improvement.
Visuals – Store Readiness & Floor Support
- Maintain a 'Grand Opening Ready' environment across both front- and back-of-house, ensuring the store is always prepared for clients.
- Partner with the sales team daily to ensure product is consistently replenished, well-presented, and available to meet client demand.
- Support floor moves based on seasonal roll-outs and visual direction, helping maintain a neat, organized, and brand-right salesfloor.
Sales – Sales Floor Partnership
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure operational support is always available on the floor, minimizing disruption to the client experience.
- Assist the team in locating product, processing transactions, and maintaining a smooth, client-ready environment during peak business hours.
People – Team Collaboration & Flagship Contribution
- Work closely with Operations and Sales Leaders to support daily business needs, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all functions.
- Operate with a heightened sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability, recognizing the scale, visibility, and expectations of a flagship location.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment where reliability and shared success are prioritized.
- Embody the Faherty Brand values and help maintain a positive, inclusive store culture.
Physical Requirements
- Available when we are open for business, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak delivery or fulfillment periods.
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of a shift and maneuver the sales floor and back-of-house areas effectively.
- Able to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, kneeling, and moving around regularly to execute visual standards and organize inventory.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, pivoting quickly between guest service, administration, and physical inventory processing.
What you’ll have:
- Previous experience in retail operations, logistics, or a fast-paced environment preferred, with a strong focus on organization and execution.
- A high level of attention to detail, urgency, and personal accountability — consistently delivering accurate and reliable work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Omnichannel awareness and familiarity with BOPIS, ship-from-store, and inventory management processes preferred.
- Adept with technology and apps, including but not limited to Google Suites, MS Office, and retail operations platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit — comfortable working across teams and supporting both operations and sales functions.
- Passionate about contributing to a brand with purpose and demonstrating advocacy through business.
